POC (Power Of Closing) Division have been organizing numerous activities/event yearly. For example, Property Tour, Chalet Gathering, Sports Day, Charity, Year-end christmas Party, CNY Lohei Celebration, Annual Top Achievers’ Awards, etc. Nick Poh Division is one of the more active division within the sixteen divisions of POC.

On 23 Dec 2015, POC Division held their annual Christmas Celebration @ Grand Ballroom, Level 2, Grand Park City Hall. The Karaoke Competition is one of the highlight for this year christmas celebration.
