POC Initiatives and Training– At POC Division, we are constantly coming up with new initiatives (Activities / Training / Event) to better support and equip our leaders and agents.  We provide both local Singapore and International markets initiatives to cater for all agents.  Be it brand new projects or re-sale markets, POC has it all.  Equipped with the skills and knowledge for Social media and Internet Marketing would be part of our team training.  Last but not the least is the bonding and motivational boot camp to spur and start up all our agents with the utmost drive and energy for the agents’ road to their career.

Objectives:
> To train agents who lack directions, lost confidence and tired of working alone, from Zero to Hero
> Building them through group activities – Road-show, door-knocking, tele-marketing, etc

POC Dynamic Landed

Target Segment:
Landed

Geographical Target Area (GTA):
District 19

Target Agents to join:
New, Semi-Experienced & Experienced

Objectives:
> On the Job coaching on how to start a landed GTA
> Synergy while doing activities
> Sharing of listings to capture the market and buyers
> All agents will become Experienced category once they have closed a certain number of cases
> Thereafter, commission sharing with leader is on a usage basis

Recruitment:
2 to 3 times a year


POC Project Strike Force (PSF)

Target Segment:
New Launches & Projects

Geographical Target Area (GTA):
Islandwide

Target Agents to join:
Agents who desire to do projects sales but do not have time to be involved as core team agents

Objective:
To encourage resale or new agent to join project without being in the core team.

Recruitment:
Ongoing


POC SWOT Sales System

Target Segment:
All property type

Geographical Target Area (GTA):
Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Target Agents to join:
Experienced

Objective:
> Win-win partnership platform for active experienced RES
> To build a trusted POC agent network where business can be conducted seamlessly
> Sharing of listings to capture the market
> In collaboration with the SME, the team provides turnkey solutions to client
> Referral program within trusted network with non active RES (new or experienced) or RES with too many listings or RES with no time

Recruitment:
2 times a year. The rest of the time is by word of mouth.


POC TOP

Target Segment:
Newly TOP Condominium

Geographical Target Area (GTA):
Islandwide

Target Agents to join:
New & Experienced

Objectives:

> Get as many listings as possible from a newly TOP development
> Fast rental commission
> Referrals for Curtains/ Lightings
> Develop Teamwork

Recruitment:
Whenever a newly TOP project is targeted


POC CISCO

Target Segment:
Commercial/Industrial. Open market and Projects BUC/TOP.

Current Geographical Target Area (GTA):
District 65. Champion by (SME) Subject Matter Expert.

Target Agents to join:
New, Semi-Experienced & Experienced agents. All are welcome.

Objectives:
> On the job training on how to work on C&I
> Gather interested agents to start GTA on both C&I
> Sharing of listings to capture the market and buyers/sellers
> Project (BUC/TOP) sales and marketing
Train till all agents will become (SME) in their own GTA

Overseas property market

Target Agents to join:
All who wish to step out of their comfort zone to learn more and to add Overseas project marketing on top of their local project portfolio. Suitable for New agents to very experienced agents.

> To diversify agents’ portfolio and knowledge
> Familiarize with international property market
> Equipped to close potential buyers
